Returns
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns.
Because candy is a perishable item, and in compliance with Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, Wudjadoo cannot accept any candy for a refund unless it has been damaged in transit (excluding damage due to weather conditions). Please review our Warm Weather Policy

Refund Policy
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged or the wrong item(s) was received. Please include a picture of the "packaging" and "items(s)" that were damaged in your communication.
Wudjadoo WILL NOT issue refunds for:
- Incorrect or missing shipping information
- Opened perishable products
- No refunds given on melted items. Please review our Warm Weather Policy
- Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded
- We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards
To request a refund or replacement
You must submit an email with the following items to request for review and approval of your return:
- A copy of your receipt for proof of purchase.
- Send a picture of and damages to be reviewed.

We will notify you once we’ve inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
